During the school day , each student is assigned to an instructor who carries out specifically designed programs, collects data and tracks progress. Students may work with one to three instructors throughout the day to help them generalize skills they have learned.
Team leaders, who are licensed teachers, are responsible for designing individual and group programs, providing support, overseeing strategies and analyzing of data collected. Team leaders also provide direct educational services to each student on their assigned team.
The Educational Programmer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school and for supervising team leaders. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration of The Dominion School for Autism.
