The Dominion School for Autism has a multi-tiered approach to address the needs of an individual as they move through their educational journey. All students are taught in a combination of one on one and small group instructions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis throughout environments.
The Dominion School for Autism Preschool at Walnut Grove educates children ages 2-6 years old with a combination of one on one direct instruction, small group learning, and inclusion opportunities with typical peers.
The Main School at Dominion targets children ages 2 1/2-21 years old. Programs are tailored to provide the least restrictive, yet productive environment possible based on the individual needs of the child.
The transitional program targets children ages 14-21 years old to help them develop the skills required to transition to adult life.
The Dominion School for Autism recognizes that there is a great need for education and community awareness when it comes to Autism. In an effort to respond to this need, Dominion School for Autism offers In-Service Seminars for Businesses, Health Care Providers, and Public Safety Organizations, (Law Enforcement, Fire, and Rescue), and any other organizations that has contact with the public.
With such a large number of people be identified with Autism, your awareness and knowledge can help make your interactions with people who have Autism and their families positive and productive.
The Dominion School has developed a program entitled, "Autism, What you need to know." This seminar can be tailored around the specific audience and time limits you have.

The Dominion School For Autism offers Consultation Services for your child with Autism or related disabilities in any a variety of settings, including home, school, or the community.
